Welcome to Innsbrook Yoga

Innsbrook Yoga brings yoga classes to your workplace, church, community center or assisted living home. Classes are gentle, ideal for those who are new to yoga, have physical limitations, are recovering from an injury, haven't exercised in a while, or just want to enjoy their stretch at a slower pace. Each class incorporates relaxation and students leave feeling calm and refreshed. Innsbrook Yoga classes emphasize the medical benefits of yoga and promote a holistic approach to health and wellness.

In 2009, Linda Bugbee, M.D. started Innsbrook Yoga down the hall from her office in Innsbrook, an office park in Glen Allen, VA. As a certified yoga instructor, she wanted to share the powerful stress-reducing effects of yoga. She taught lunchtime classes to Innsbrook employees and the general public for over two years.  Since then she has retired from medicine and now teaches at assisted living homes and churches in Richmond, VA.
